OCEmployee Login ​​ Welcome to the Carrier Portal! The Carrier Portal was created to enable Owens Corning and our carrier partners to manage interactions efficiently and effectively, enabling both parties to view details about current and past transactions and to track and improve communications and performance. Features of the Owens Corning Carrier Portal: “Tendering”: Offers an alternative method to EDI for managing the flow of load tenders and allowing our carrier partners to accept or reject the tenders in a timely manner without additional investment of EDI capability. “Shipment Status/Delivery Confirmation”: Offers an alternative method to EDI to provide Shipment Status messages including appointments, in transit updates and delivery confirmation. “Load status”: carriers may view the progress of a shipment they are delivering to our customer. “Freight invoicing and balance due invoicing”: Our portal provides the capability to enter a free-form freight invoice for linehaul shipments and also submit balance due invoices for approval and payment processing. (At this time we only accept balance dues on our Carrier Portal) Reporting available such as Account Information, Load Capacity and Dwell Time. Ability to re-print the Bill of Lading or the commercial invoice documentation required for customs View/Edit/Add of Trailer Pool detail or Contact information. Training materials which cover the functionality offered by the Carrier Portal are available for each module within the “Training and Education” menu option.
